TYGASIL - Woven Silica
Fabrics
Tygasil woven silica fabrics are
designed for continuous use at temperatures of up to 950°C and will
withstand much higher temperatures for short periods.

028 finish is a special abrasion
resistant finish available on Y0539 only. Fabrics can be offered in preshrunk
form (003 finish) subject to a minimum order quantity.
Other finishes available on
request include:

- Aluminum foil/film
facing
- Tyglas VC (031) grey
aluminised coating
- Self adhesive tapes
Tygasil is also available
in knitted form combining the excellent high temperature characteristics of the
woven fabrics with good insulation properties .
